Get answers to common questions about auto body repair after an accident
1) Make sure everyone is safe. Move to a safe spot and call 911 if needed.
2) Document the scene. Take photos of damage, road conditions, and license plates. Exchange names, phone numbers, and insurance details.
3) Start your claim (or call us first). Call your insurer to open a claim, then call Frameworks at (513) 638‑4916. We can write an estimate, help with the paperwork, and arrange towing if needed.
4) Bring the vehicle to us. We’ll perform a thorough teardown once approved, order parts, and update you through to delivery.
You have the right to choose your repair shop. In Ohio, insurers can recommend facilities but can’t require you to use them. Tell your adjuster you’re using Frameworks Collision and share our info.
We’ll handle the estimate, photos, and communication with your carrier, and keep you updated through approval and repair.

Short answer: it depends on the claim type and who’s at fault.
Comprehensive (theft, vandalism, weather, animal strikes, falling objects) generally doesn’t impact premiums the same way at‑fault accidents can. Collision (crashes or impacts) can affect rates if you’re found at fault. Your carrier determines fault and how a claim affects your policy.

Yes. We work with all insurance companies, but we work for you. Bring us your claim number (if you have one) and we’ll coordinate the estimate, approvals, and repairs.
If your policy includes rental coverage—or the other driver’s insurer accepts liability—a rental is typically covered during repairs. We’re happy to help coordinate the rental once your claim is underway.

I had Frameworks repaint the front clip of my E90 M3 and they did an excellent job. Silverstone is a very diffucult color to get correct, but they matched it perfectly. I am very particular about how paint looks, and I could not find a single flaw in the paint. It has a fresh, factory like finish once again. If you're a car enthusiast, going to Frameworks for paint is a must!
Sergey and his team did a phenomenal job fixing up my Mythos Black Metallic B9.5 Audi SQ5. Can’t even tell there was work done, which is what you want when getting body work done. Car was extremely clean when I picked it up inside and out. Did a phenomenal job on PPF on front of the car after completing repairs. Will definitely be back (hopefully for fun stuff and not more damage). Definitely can’t go wrong choosing Frameworks for your bodywork.

Sergey and his team did an excellent job repairing my 350z. He was knowledgeable and very communicative about the whole process, and after some back and forth with the other parties insurance he made sure my parts were replaced with OEM parts that fit right. The paint was blended excellently and I got my car back looking even better than it did before the accident. 100% would recommend. Not only did they do a great job with the repairs and paint they noticed my alignment was out and made a little correction to it, (it was going to go in for full alignment soon buy didn't get to it yet when the accident happened) and even cleaned up the inside of my car which they didn't have to do but was nice to step in my car and see the mats were vacuumed and looking fresh on the inside as well. He also asked me while they had the paint supplies available if I wanted to refinish my hood to fix a few small rock chips that was outside of the insurance fix and took care of that for a reasonable price as well. I’m extremely picky, probably too picky, shopping cart smoked my door on my crv, Sergey wanted to do it right to make sure looks factory and no tape lines or edges etc, the repair time was reasonable, the work and communication was great, the interior wasn’t a filthy mess etc like I know it could be, insurance did not want to do it right but he did it the right way and didn’t cut no corners, claim isn’t 100% settled yet, so I’ll report back once it is, but my car is fixed the right way and so far I’m only out my deductible, I’ll report back after the claim is finally over! Thanks again!

I can’t even describe how Sergay and his team fought for us and went above and beyond! Our vehicle was in a nasty t-bone collision right before Christmas Eve. Beechmont Ford tried to tell us our vehicle was fixable!! We brought it to Sergay as he was recommended to us by a friend, and he took our SUV apart and found things that could not be fixed and would be dangerous for us to even drive the vehicle. Sergay ended up getting our vehicle totaled and truly put us first! He didn’t care about making a dime off us or fixing stuff, he cared about the safety of our family. There are no words to explain what that means to us. Sergay thank you to your team, yourself and for making sure at the end of the day our family would be safe!!! So unfortunately I had a bad accident that actually involved 2 of my vehicles and both were in pretty bad shape. I called several body shops trying to find one that could get my cars in a asap but most weren't able to get me in for several weeks. I called frameworks and talked to Sergey and he was more than helpful and got me in the very next day to access the damage on both vehicles. I've never had a car totaled out before and he helped me with the whole process on both vehicles. I will definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone I know. Sergey is extremely nice, patient and pleasant person to deal with. Repaired car of mine looks like new. He is also very experienced and good at dealing with the insurance company. He told the insurance company NO when they wanted to replace my car door with a used rusted door and Sergey encouraged the insurance company to do the right thing and replace the door with a new one even though my car was 14 years old. He sticks up for the customer while other collission companies want to please the insurance company for referrals.

I found these guys through Google. All reviews are great. So I went there, and drove my Tacoma truck, the tailgate needed to get painted (small dents, touch up paint). Sergey looked at it and gave me a quote, half of the price from other auto body shops. Most of the cars being worked on at his shop were high-end/expensive cars. He promised me 3-4 days to get it done. After 2 days, he called me and said the truck was done and ready for pickup. I am so pleased with the outcome. I already told 2 of my friends about this place since they're looking for a good, and reliable with reasonable price. Definitely I will spread the good words for this shop. Took my car in for a very unsafe shake on the highway, they identified the issue same day and had my vehicle back the next. Will be back again, good mechanics are hard to find.
Top notch craftsmanship! I recently was involved in an accident and had my buick lucerne repaired here. My primary concern was the paint matching due to a prior experience with another shop not being able to make it happen on a previous car I owned. Serge (the owner) assured me that they could and he was correct. Just got my car back today and its spot on, I really couldn't be happier! They also detailed the inside of my car at no charge to me and the leather looks great. If your unfortunate enough to need a body shop in the future I strongly recommend Frameworks!!!

Just started going here at the recommendation of a friend, the Cornfed Camel. Quickly found out these guys can do anything...paint, body work, ceramic coating, performance...everything. Was going to buy a kit for a headlight conversion on my car and Sergey told me “don’t waste your money, i can make that for you and install it” ...turned out perfect. Highly recommend for anything you need done from maintenance to high performance.
