2. Our Repair Services

At Frameworks Collision, we offer a full spectrum of auto body services, including:

  • Complete collision and frame/unibody repair
  • Paintless dent repair (PDR)
  • OEM-spec refinishing and color match
  • Panel repair/replacement and scratch repair
  • ADAS/mechanical calibrations coordinated as required
  • Insurance estimates and coordination
  • Rental car coordination (subject to availability and provider policies)

We repair domestic and import vehicles across a wide range of makes and models. All repairs are performed to applicable manufacturer and industry standards.

3. Drop-Off Requirements

Before any teardown or disassembly begins, customers must complete:

  • A Vehicle Check-In Agreement
  • A Teardown/Repair Authorization

These documents authorize Frameworks Collision to inspect your vehicle, communicate with your insurance provider, and begin the repair process.

4. Insurance Claims & Payment Terms

We work with most major insurance carriers and can coordinate directly with your insurer as permitted by law and your policy. With your written authorization (e.g., a limited Power of Attorney or direction to pay), we may accept payment directly from your insurer.

Accepted Payment Methods: cash, major credit/debit cards, insurance checks, and wire/ACH (availability and limits may vary).

All balances (including deductibles and customer-pay amounts) are due in full prior to vehicle release. Returned or reversed payments may incur administrative fees.

5. Repair Warranties

Unless otherwise stated in writing on your final repair order:

  • Refinish Warranty: limited lifetime warranty to the original owner for as long as you own the vehicle, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  • Parts & Mechanical/Calibration Work: covered by the part or provider’s warranty, if any.

Use of aftermarket or customer-supplied parts may limit or void warranties for the affected components or systems; such limitations will be disclosed before installation where applicable.

6. Refunds & Dispute Resolution

Because collision repairs involve parts, materials, and labor specific to your vehicle, refunds are not issued once repairs are completed. If you have a workmanship concern, we will make reasonable efforts to correct issues to manufacturer and industry standards.

Refunds or cancellations may be considered only if no work has begun and no materials have been ordered.

7. Repair Timeline & Delays (Disclaimer)

Repair timeframes are estimates. Delays can occur due to (without limitation): insurance approvals, parts backorders/shipping, supplemental damage findings, calibration scheduling, or customer decisions/payment timing. Frameworks Collision is not liable for delays caused by third parties or factors outside our control.

8. Vehicle Storage Fees

If a vehicle is left on-site without repair authorization, is not picked up after completion, or work is halted at the customer’s request, storage fees may apply in accordance with posted rates and applicable law. In many insurance-covered losses, storage may be reimbursable by the insurer; coverage is determined by your policy and carrier.

9. Customer-Supplied Parts

Customer-supplied parts are subject to prior approval. We do not warrant customer-supplied parts and may decline installation if parts are unsafe, incompatible, or substandard. Additional labor may be required to verify fitment/function.

10. Personal Information & Data

We collect personal and vehicle information via website forms, phone/email, and in-shop documentation/estimating systems to:

  • Communicate with you, schedule, and provide updates
  • Prepare estimates and process repairs
  • Coordinate with insurers, rental providers, and vendors

11. No Affiliation Disclaimer

While we service many makes and models, Frameworks Collision is not affiliated with or endorsed by any manufacturer or insurer mentioned. All trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

13. Limitation of Liability

Frameworks Collision is not liable for: delays attributable to insurers, vendors, or shippers; defects inherent to customer-supplied or certain aftermarket parts; or issues arising from vehicle misuse/neglect after delivery. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clermont County, Ohio.
